Our Teardown Process

1. Asset Received

Initial Receipt and verification of APU and documentation.

2. Induction

Visual Condition Inspection of APU and external components.  Images taken, APU routed for disassembly.

3. Disassembly

Completed in accordance with the manual by experienced technicians in a controlled environment.

4. Cleaning

Removal of accumulated dirt, oil and carbon deposits using approved methods and materials.

5. Manifesting

All components are identified, manifested, recorded, photographed and tagged appropriately.

6.Packaged & Released
